Exhibiting Paper Version in Seoul this Weekend!

Hello!

I will be showing a physical version of Image Archaeology this weekend (Nov 29th - Dec 1st) at a game event in Seoul.
It will be held in the Dongdaemum Design Plaza, and the event is called Burning Beaver, you can find more info/buy tickets here: https://burningbeaver.com

The game will be in the experimental section, so maybe it’ll be a bit separate from the main games. I made a physical version of the game that hides the images in overlapping colours and also with UV sensitive ink. You use magnifying glasses with colour filters and a UV torch to solve the puzzles! You can’t use the same techniques for hiding things in printed vs digital images, so it took some research/experimenting to come up with a way of doing it.

Here's a photo of the test print!

I've also added a Korean translation to the web version and added a zip folder with the korean translations too (all_images_ko.zip)!
If you’re in the area please come and give it a go. It will (probably) be the only chance to try the physical version.

Regarding Lo-Fi Room updates, I’m still working on the playtest version. I was hoping to send out playtest keys this month, but I haven’t been able to it ready in time. Apologies for that. I think I should be ready to send them out in early to mid December. If you want to try out the playtest version then (with ~22 levels), please sign up for the mailing list here: https://sendfox.com/bearmask_io

Thanks!
Barend
